Mae’r Cynllun Beicio i’r Gwaith yn fenter â chefnogaeth y Llywodraeth sy’n eich galluogi chi i gael beic a/neu nwyddau beicio i’w defnyddio wrth feicio i’r gwaith, wrth arbed taliadau treth ac Yswiriant Gwladol o’ch cyflog gros. Rydych yn dewis eich cyfuniad perffaith o feic a nwyddau ac yna’n rhentu’r offer drwy ostyngiad cyflog gan Cyngor Sir Gar.

What is the scheme? 

The Cycle to Work Scheme is a Government backed initiative that enables you to obtain a bike and/or cycling accessories to use for riding to work whilst making tax and National Insurance savings from your Gross pay. You choose your perfect combination of bike and accessories and then rent the equipment through salary sacrifice from Carmarthenshire County Council.

Mae gostyngiad cyflog yn digwydd pan fyddwch yn rhoi i fyny eich hawl i gael rhan o’ch cyflog. Mae’r gostyngiad cyflog yn eich galluogi chi i dalu’n ôl y benthyciad am eich beic, y nwyddau a’r offer diogelwch ar sail gros yn hytrach na net am y cyfnod llogi gofynnol, gan eich galluogi chi i elwa o ostyngiadau treth incwm ac yswiriant gwladol lle caiff arbedion eu cronni. Mae’r arbedion arferol gyda’r cynllun hyd at 39% ar gyfer trethdalwyr y raddfa sylfaenol, a 48% yn uwch ar gyfer trethdalwyr y raddfa uwch, ond mae’r swm gwirioneddol y byddwch yn ei dalu’n dibynnu ar eich band treth personol.

What is Salary Sacrifice? 

A salary sacrifice happens when you give up the right to receive part of your salary due. The salary sacrifice enables you to pay back the loan on your bike, accessories and safety equipment from gross rather than net pay for the hire period, allowing you to benefit from income tax and NI relief which is where savings are accrued. Typical savings on the scheme can be up to 39% for basic rate tax payers, and 48% for higher rate tax payers, but the actual amount you pay depends on your personal tax band.

Unwaith yr ydych wedi dewis eich beic ac unrhyw nwyddau, cadarnhewch eich dewis.  Bydd aelod o’r tîm cyflawni archeb Cycle Solutions yn eich ffonio chi i sicrhau bod popeth yn gywir a byddwn ni’n dewis ac yn anfon eich pecyn unigryw’n syth i’ch drws.

Pan fyddwch yn gwneud archeb dros £1000 ar y cynllun, gallwch ddewis cyfnod o 12 mis neu 24 mis wrth nodi eich manylion. Sylwch y bydd hyn yn amodol ar feini prawf cymhwysedd.

Mae'r meini prawf cymhwysedd yn nodi bod yn rhaid i'ch contract cyflogaeth fodloni hyd y cytundeb ac nad yw'r cyflog a ildir o'ch cyflog gros yn golygu bod y swm yn llai na gofynion y Cyflog Byw Cenedlaethol.

Our ordering process couldn't be simpler, use the banner above to browse the UK's largest selection of brands and bikes to find the model that suits you. Once you have chosen your bike and any accessories, use the check out to confirm your selection. A member of the Cycle Solutions order fulfilment team will call you to check everything is correct and we will pick and ship your tailor made package direct to your door.

When placing an order on the scheme over £1000 you can choose a 12-month or 24-month duration when entering your details. Please note this will be subject to an eligibility criteria. 

The eligibility criteria states your contract of employment must meet the duration of the agreement and the amount salary sacrificed from your gross salary does not take you below the National Living Wage requirements.
